Founded by Knikki Hernandez, a veteran educator with 13 years of classroom experience, New Generations Academy blends structured academics, mentorship, emotional intelligence, and real-world life skills in groups of just 8–12 students.
We support families who want a high-quality alternative to traditional school— without giving up flexibility, personalization, or emotional safety

First Time Visiting should be Built-in One-on-One Support
At New Generations Academy, individualized academic support is a core part of our model. Built-in tutoring allows students to receive one-on-one guidance when concepts feel challenging or confidence wavers—without stigma or disruption. Because support is immediate and personal, students don’t fall behind or feel singled out. Instead, they experience learning as something they are capable of, supported through with patience, clarity, and care.
